An overstimulating world of fashion, games, music and everything else that makes Hype Culture a global sensation.

Together with the DE-YAN team, we designed and developed an expansive universe of proprietary games and immersive experiences for House of Hype — a 150,000-square-foot experiential arcade in Riyadh. This included everything from narrative development and character design to visuals, motion capture, and real-time interactive systems.

I contributed to six core game experiences, including Drip Fits as the main project lead, designing the environment for No Running in the Hallway, and supporting the interaction and technical design of Synth Cycle, Metaservices, Vibesucker, and several photobooth installations.

The result was a sprawling, multi-sensory playground that fused storytelling, fashion, and technology into a first-of-its-kind arcade world.

Drip Fits

A series of “mirror” booths where guests use avatars to try on digital fashions. Beyond browsing and dressing up, guests can export sophisticated “fashion editorial” style images and video clips from the experience that composites their face into the scene.

Metaservices Arcades

A series of net-art inspired games and photobooth experiences.

Body Games

A series of gesture-controlled games ranging from motorcycle racing and rhythm-based beat bashing to sprinting through hallways as an anime-styled raccoon.
